The New Honda Amaze 2021 is equipped with several distinct exterior and interior design features that make it a notable upgrade from its predecessors. Coming into the interiors, we have spiced up things with some cool additions in the cabin. The combination of black and beige colour scheme with silver ornamentation on the dashboard and steering wheels complements the truly luxurious appeal of the new Amaze. The latest offering is synonymous with “Grand Comfort” and boasts many other prominent interior features including front map lamps, multi-information combi meter, cruise control, and F1 inspired sporty paddle shifts. Moreover, it has a spacious cabin with extra leg room for enhanced comfort and uninterrupted satisfaction during long journeys.

Mileage & Engine Performance





While ensuring grand comfort and unmatched satisfaction, the Shaandaar new Honda Amaze promises supreme performance on the Indian roads. The petrol version is powered by a solid 1.2 litres i-VTEC petrol engine that is enhanced with low friction technologies for output and efficiency. It generates 66 kW [90 ps] @ 6000 rpm of power in the manual transmission and delivers a great mileage of about 18.6 Km/l.



The CVT variant also achieves the mileage of 18.3 Km/l with the same power output. Honda Amaze petrol mileage along with supreme engine power makes it no less than truly Shaandaar!



The diesel variant of Honda Amaze ensures high-performance with a powerful i-DTEC diesel engine that delivers an astounding max power of 73 kW [100ps] @ 3600 in manual transmission. The finely increased refinement in the engine and the ingenious all aluminium construction helps with friction reduction and increased fuel efficiency. Moreover, combination of Honda’s high torque diesel engine and linear acceleration of CVT make acceleration capabilities of this car smoother and more responsive. The manual transmission of the diesel variant offers a staggering mileage of 24.7 Km/l while the CVT variant ensures a mileage of about 21.0 km/l at 59 kW [80 ps] @ 3600 rpm.

Safety





Apart from great styling and on-road performance, the New Honda Amaze sports some excellent safety features - making it one of the safest cars in the compact-sedan segment. It is packed with the latest safety features to complement the safety-first approach of Honda cars. Apart from being equipped with driver seat i-SRS airbag system and passenger seat SRS airbag system, the car boats many top-notch security features like anti-lock braking system (ABS) with EBD, rear parking sensor, engine immobilizer, impact sensing door unlock, and ISOFIX child seat anchorage. The diesel variant also comes with a diesel particulate filter indicator for enhanced safety.

Honda Amaze Variants


The Honda Amaze is available in in three variants - Honda Amaze E, New Honda Amaze S, and New Honda Amaze VX. While the specs of Honda Amaze E promise the performance and legacy of the previous model, the S and VX variants are equipped with some additional salient features.

The New Honda Amaze S offers some wide range of features including LED turn indicators on ORVMs, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, shark-fin antenna, and speed-sensing auto door lock function. The top-of-the-line Honda Amaze VX is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, engine start-stop button, and automatic climate control in addition to those available in E and S models. These holistic features result in a slight increase with respect to the amaze on road price.
