Definitions of certain terms used in the TOU
To clarify what this document means, certain words will be defined. Here are the definitions for words used in this agreement:
- Company", "we", "us", or "our" means Honda Cars India Ltd., and any other companies that are subsidiaries and affiliates of Honda Cars India Ltd.
- “Content" means any material processed, obtained or accessed through the Skill.
- “Services" means services provided through “Honda” Skill. In this scenario, the information and facts shared about user’s vehicle &Explore Honda is regarded as content.
- “User” or “you” means the person who will be using“Honda”, “Honda Connect” or any such related services.
“Honda” connects you with your vehicle & helps you to explore the exciting world of Honda. It shares information on vehicle status, health, location, remote access, offers and many more. The Skill has been designed to extend various features being provided in the “HondaConnect” mobile application. Additionally, the skill contains features for Guest users too who wish to explore the world of Honda.
“Honda” is not a vehicle concierge
Honda is not to be considered as any formal vehicle concierge, service advisor and emergency contact,. as ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY HONDA IS INTENDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO BE REGARDED AS ANY FORMAL ADVISORY FOR VEHICLE SERVICE, MALFUNCTION, ADVISORIN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCY. ANY RELIANCE ON HONDA FOR YOUR NORMAL USAGEOR IN CASE OF EMERGENCY IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

What We Do and What We Don't Do (“Honda”) We Share Information on
“Honda” is designed to remotely access your car and help you explore the exciting world of Honda. We strictly do not do anyperiodic vehicle maintenance service, malfunction & emergency advisory on "Honda", for any such eventyou will be liable to Contact an authorized Honda Dealer nearby by you or you can use Honda Connect Mobile application to find nearest authorized dealer of Honda. Additionally, you can contact Honda 121 or firstname.lastname@example.org for to any complaints or feedbacks.
We're Not For Use in Emergencies
Never use “Honda” Content or Services in a potential or actual vehicle related emergency like accidents, breakdowns, malfunction & theft.
Always consult Honda Dealer & authorized Honda/dealer personnel
Consult your nearest authorized Honda Dealer or personnel belonging to Honda or dealerships who are experts in diagnosing, rectifying & delivering quality vehicle related services If you have any queriesrelated to vehicle condition.
Always remember to:
- YOU MAY SEEK THE ADVICE OF HONDA 121 OR HONDA DEALER WHENEVER YOU HAVE ANY VEHICLE RELATED QUERIES OR CONCERN.
