In case the customer feels that the offer by his selected dealer is not competitive, he has the facility to cancel the online booking and claim 100% refund of the booking amount through the online process itself. The customer can then make a fresh online booking with the newly selected dealer.

How to get refund for the booking made online?

The refund of the money from online booking is a smooth process. The customer can visit this link, to view booking and initiate 100% online refund. The online booking amount has been kept quite low so that the customer does not feel any inconvenience till the refund of money is executed.

What is the cancellation policy for the online booking? How much time does it take for the online booking amount to be refunded?

Cancellation facility is available online and the customer gets his money in the same account from which he made the payment. It takes 21 days (approximately) for the amount to get refunded.
