New Delhi, September 28, 2006: Honda Motor Co., Ltd. today unveiled the all-new, third-generation Honda CR-V at the Paris Motor Show 2006. The new vehicle was showcased to media, from around the globe, including India, at Paris. The new and completely re-designed Honda CR-V is scheduled to be launched in India within the current calendar year, soon after its debut in US and Japan. With its distinct exterior styling, unparalleled luxurious interiors and several new advanced features, it promises to redefine the way SUVs are perceived in India. The exterior styling of the new CR-V goes beyond evolution and results in more style in a smart and sophisticated package. The unit body construction with wide tread layout provides stability and driving experience & comfort of a sedan. The new CR-V also features Honda’s Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure and other advanced equipment for superior safety performance. In 2004, Honda Siel Cars brought to India the latest version of the second-generation CR-V, available internationally at that time.
