HONDA CELEBRATES CIVIC'S SUCCESSFUL DRIVE IN INDIA

New Delhi, June 5, 2007: Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI), leading manufacturer of premium cars today announced the launch of Honda Civic 1.8 V range in India. The launch was a celebration of Civic 's unprecedented success in India.

After winning various awards and accolades worldwide, Civic has won the hearts of many Indians. HSCI has sold nearly 20,000 units of the Civic in less than 1 year of its launch, which is an exceptional achievement for the lower D segment in India.

The new Civic 1.8V range offers enhanced interior styling with leather interiors in addition to features such as turn lamps on outside rear view mirror and fog lamps which complement the premium look of the car. Interior of the V range is plush with a luxurious feel.

Civic which clearly dominates the lower D segment in India will now have two additional colour options misty violet (available exclusively in V range) and carbon bronze pearl along with the existing colours available in the 1.8 S range. The V range will be available in both MT and AT variants. This new range will co-exist with Civic 1.8S range launched last year.

  • Fog Lamps

  • Turn Lamp on ORVM(outside rear view mirrors)

  • Aux - in for Audio (introduced in 1.8S range also)
